Fullfillment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Fullfillment

Access to our research tool is provided upon successful payment and account approval. Your subscription grants you full access to the platform for the duration of your selected billing period (monthly or annual).

Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of payment and will only be made available for the last month used. Backdated refunds are against our policy.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within the first year of service. Refunds will be pro-rated only back to the end of the last month used, and the unused portion will be refunded accordingly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

Monthly Subscriptions: Service will remain active until the end of the billing month you have paid for.

Annual Subscriptions: Service will remain active until the end of the billing year you have paid for.

There are no cancellation fees, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to refuse service and access to anyone at our discretion. In the event service or access is denied the customer will be fully refunded immediately. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
